Original Artworks Each piece is a unique, handcrafted original. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the artwork is returned in its original condition and packaging. Please contact us before initiating a return.
Damaged on Arrival If your artwork arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email]. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
Custom Commissions Custom and commissioned works are final sale and cannot be returned, as they are created specifically for you.
Resin & Home Décor Items Returns accepted within 14 days if unused and in original condition.
Refund Process Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
