Processing Time All artworks are carefully prepared and packaged by hand. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order is dispatched.
Shipping within Germany Orders within Germany are typically delivered within 2–5 business days after dispatch. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of the artwork.
Shipping within the EU We ship to all EU countries. Delivery times are typically 5–10 business days after dispatch. All prices include VAT where applicable.
International Shipping We ship worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination, typically 7–21 business days. Customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Packaging Every artwork is packaged with the utmost care to ensure it arrives safely. Paintings are wrapped in protective materials and shipped in sturdy boxes. Certificates of authenticity are included where applicable.
Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your shipment.
Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours at nicart.studio11@gmail.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
