Working primarily with acrylics, resin, and texture paste, I build layers that invite you to look closer.

1. General By accessing and using nic-art-studio.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. The shop is operated by Nikoletta Abbasi-Katona, Höhfeldstraße 19, 69412 Eberbach, Germany.
2. Products All artworks are original, handcrafted pieces. Due to the nature of original art, slight variations in color and texture may occur between the product photos and the actual artwork. Each piece comes with a certificate of authenticity where applicable.
3. Prices & Payment All prices are displayed in EUR and include VAT where applicable. We accept payment via the methods available at checkout. Payment is due at the time of purchase.
4. Shipping Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Delivery times vary by destination. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.
5. Returns & Refunds Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery in accordance with EU consumer law. Custom and commissioned works are final sale. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
6. Intellectual Property All artwork, images, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Nikoletta Abbasi-Katona. Reproduction or use without written permission is prohibited.
